Spinach with rice - for 4 servings

-500 Grams spinach - cleaned
-100 G rice
-100 G cheese
-100 G pork / chicken / turkey ham
-2 Tablespoons of tomatoes or a jar? fresh tomato
-3-4 Tbsp oil
-Black pepper, mint and salt to taste
1. Spinach is blanched in one liter of boiling, salted water.
2. Drain it, allow it to cool and cut into retail.
3. Boil the rice in cold water until it is ready ready.
4. Filter it well and, while still warm, add the ham to it, cut into small cubes and  add the crushed pepper.
5. In frying pan heat oil and the drained spinach is fryed for 10 minutes at constant stirring. Add tomatoes and dried mint.
6. In Jena bowl (or a small baking dish) add a lower row of half of the spinach.
7. On it is poured, in an even layer, the rice and ham.
8. Top layer is allocated with the other half of the spinach.
9. Grate the cheese on a grater wholesale and sprinkle the cheese on top.
10. Bake for about 20 minutes (the cheese to red).
